Vince Leusner serves client in the greater Philadelphia area, greater New York City area and in the corridor from NYC to Philadelphia.
Vince helps businesses maximize value utilizing his 27 years of financial management and financial advisory experience. During his career he has worked with publicly traded and privately held entities of all sizes. Vince has managed, advised and consulted with entities in North and South America, Europe and Asia and worked for clients in the services industry, media, financial services, retailing, distribution, public utilities, hospitality, manufacturing, not for profit and gaming.
Vince’s current clients include a large industrial contractor, a financial services firm, a debt collection company and a media entity.

Vince also has significant information systems experience and has led needs-assessment studies, system selections, implementation and migrations for small entities and Fortune 500 companies.
A native of Southern New Jersey, Vince was recently the CFO of a service entity with more than 50 profit centers, 17 geographic locations and 1,600 employees. Vince helped transform this entity from a loss-generating unit – which was not a viable player – into a solid, profitable division and strong competitor in its industry. He oversaw the opening of several new geographic units, in addition to another new division. Vince was responsible for building financial models for client compensation; profitability tracking by client, segment, entity and division; treasury/cash management, tax, internal audit/corporate governance/policies and procedures; HR, IT and strategic planning.
He also has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, having worked on over 50 transactions in virtually every world region over the last 15 years. Some of these transactions had values up to $50 million. In this capacity, he devised and oversaw target identification, negotiation, analyzing the financial metrics of the transaction (ROI, IRR), contract generation, integration and post-acquisition analysis.
Vince earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Business Administration from West LibertyUniversity, in West Liberty, West Virginia. He completed the Certified Public Accountant examination in Pennsylvania in 1985 and also earned the Certified Information System Auditor designation.
Vince and his wife of 20 years live in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. They have three teenagers – the oldest is studying engineering at Western Michigan University and the other two are enrolled in a parochial high school. Besides his professional career, Vince always has been involved in civic activities. He served as president of the Malaysian-American Chamber of Commerce from 2005 to 2008, when Malaysia was America’s 10th largest trading partner. He also served as a board member of the nonprofit organization which administered the U.S. State Department’s Fulbright Scholarship program in Malaysia. In 2008, the U.S. Commerce Department recognized Vince with a Certificate of Appreciation for his work promoting trade relations.
